How can I place an order?
You can place an order through our website. Once your order has been placed, we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received.
Contract of sale
Our contract for sale will only come into existence effect once we have checked that we are able to meet your order. On occasion, we may have to cancel your order. We reserve the right to cancel your order for any of the following reasons:-
We currently do not accept orders from outside the United Kingdom.
Products & Pricing
We are careful to give our products true and accurate descriptions. However, we cannot be held responsible for any errors that may occur. Images of products on our website are for illustrative purposes. As many of our items are handmade, actual products may differ slightly
Product prices are liable to change at any time, but this will not affect contracts which have come into force. We reserve the right to withdraw any products from our website at any time and review or edit any of its content.
Payment We accept payment by the credit and debit cards shown on our website.We do not collect or retain any credit or debit card details. This information goes directly to the bank processing the transaction and is processed through our payment gateway provider’s secure server (See our Security Policy). Payments will be subject to validation and authorisation by your card issuer.Your WarrantiesIn placing an order with us, you warrant to us that:
Delivery for £3.50 for orders placed and delivered in the UK.
Delivery is free with in the UK for orders over £40.
Where local delivery is possible (SA3 postcodes), delivery is free for orders over £10.
When can I expect to receive my order?
We will arrange for the product to be delivered to you at the address stated in your order. We will make every effort to deliver products during the timescales set out on our website, and in any event within 14 days, unless we notify you or an exceptional delay. For items that have been pre-ordered (such as Christmas gifts), we will notify you when you can expect to receive them.
We cannot be held responsible for late delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.
Can I Cancel my order?
Yes. Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you can cancel your contract with us within 7 working days of receipt of your items. Should you wish to do so you must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If we have dispatched your order, we require you to return the unopened parcel to us immediately following the “Returns” instructions posted on our website. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the product to us.If you cancel a contract on this basis and you do not return the products to us, we may recover the products and charge you for the costs we incur in doing so. Similarly, if you return the products at our expense, we may pass that expense on to you.
What is your Return and Refund policy?
We are able to accept returns and exchanges. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss a refund or exchange. Items will need to be returned at the buyers cost in the condition it was received. In the event of an exchange, the cost of postage for the exchange will be at the buyers' expense. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Therefore, we ask that you obtain proof of postage with sufficient insurance and return it to the address provided.
In the unfortunate event an item is received damaged, we would kindly request you contact us with photographs in the first instance so we can understand what has happened. We will work with you to resolve an issue as quickly as possible, and usually a refund or replacement item will then be offered. We are only able to offer a replacement once and refunds are processed once the item has been received back to us.
To return a product to us, you must follow the instructions as set out on our website. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights (such as your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.Risk and ownershipThe products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the products will only pass to you upon their delivery. If you wish to return a product to us, you will be responsible for it until it is received by us.Statutory rights. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights (including your right to receive a refund in respect of any defective product we sell to you).
